By accessing or using Inkett ("the Service"), operated by Inkett ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Inkett is the AI-powered writing stack for novelists. The launch surface includes Inkett Editor (developmental notes on full-length manuscripts), Inkett Planner (visual node-based story planning), Inkett Co-Writer (live voice-aware drafting that takes a Planner plan as ambient context), and Inkett Publisher (native publishing platform with reader subscriptions and revenue share). Tools ship in order; not every tool is available at every tier. See the in-app pricing page for current availability.
Important: Inkett provides AI-generated suggestions on craft and business. Final editorial judgment is yours. Inkett is NOT a licensed advisor of any kind, including legal, financial, or professional editorial. All recommendations are AI-generated and should not be relied upon as professional advice. Users are solely responsible for the work they publish, the bids they place, and the posts they ship.
AI-Generated Content: All editorial notes, drafts, and business recommendations are generated by AI models and may contain errors, hallucinations, or outdated information. Users should review every AI-generated output before accepting, publishing, or acting on it. Especially for work that will be sold, syndicated, or distributed under the user's name.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information and to update it as necessary.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
Inkett is currently in pre-launch / waitlist. Pricing tiers and billing terms will be published before paid plans go live. Founding-writer benefits are identity-driven and not monetary; founding writers do not receive billing discounts or credits.
Once paid plans launch, subscriptions will renew automatically at the end of each billing period. You will be able to cancel at any time through your account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

All Inkett-side intellectual property, including the agent architecture, voice-modeling pipeline, scoring methodologies, user interface designs, and proprietary prompts, is the property of Inkett. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works from the Service without written permission.
You retain full ownership of every word you write, every manuscript you upload, every draft you produce, and every output the AI generates inside your account on your behalf. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Inkett does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any AI-generated content, editorial note, or business recommendation.
AI output is inherently uncertain. Recommendations on ad bids, keywords, blurbs, and post strategy are estimates and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for commercial decisions. Always review automated changes before they take effect on external platforms.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Inkett shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Inkett and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Your voice profile is built per-account and is not surfaced to other users.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
You may request account deletion and full data export at any time by contacting support.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice for material changes that affect your subscription once paid plans go live.
The Service integrates with third-party providers for AI inference, payment processing, and infrastructure. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party services. Your use of such services is subject to their respective terms and conditions.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver of that right.
