4. Your Writing & Voice Profile
Your voice profile is built per-account from samples you choose to add. We do not surface it to other writers, and we do not sell or share your manuscripts with third parties outside the service providers listed in section 5.
We use third-party AI providers (currently Anthropic and OpenAI) for inference. Their handling of inputs and outputs is governed by their own terms; please consult their published policies for details. Settings includes self-service controls to delete your manuscripts, voice profile, or your whole account at any time.
5. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with the following categories of service providers who help us operate the platform:
- Infrastructure: Vercel (hosting), Neon (database)
- Payments: Stripe (subscription billing, post-launch)
- Analytics: Google Analytics (anonymized usage metrics)
- AI providers: Anthropic and OpenAI, used for editorial inference. Their handling is governed by their own published terms.
We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights, or in connection with a merger or acquisition.
6. Data Storage and Security
We rely on the security controls of our infrastructure providers (Vercel, Neon, AWS, Stripe), use HTTPS for traffic in transit, and apply standard access controls on our servers.
No method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure. While we work to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Data Retention
We retain your account data and uploaded content for as long as your account is active. After account deletion, personal data and uploaded text are removed within 30 days. Aggregated, anonymized usage analytics may be retained indefinitely.
8. Your Rights and Choices
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:
